Update: He's Okay!!! Hooray!

A 57-year-old man collapsed while running in the Top of Utah Half Marathon on Saturday and was in critical condition as of early evening.

Paul Shepherd remained on life support at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden as of 5 p.m. Saturday.

About a block from the finish line near Zollinger Park in Providence, Shepherd collapsed and was initially assisted by bystanders, as well as a Logan Fire Department standby personnel crew.

When emergency responders with the Logan Fire Department arrived on scene, Shepherd was in full cardiac arrest; his heart was not beating, and he wasn’t breathing, according to Capt. John Fullmer with the fire department.

Gosh, it was traumatizing witnessing this first hand, we hope he will recover and he will be okay!!

Hooray! Congratulations You're Wonderful You Did It!!

After 10 weeks of training and moaning and complaining from her husband, (about getting up so early), Janae completed her first ever half marathon!!! What's a half marathon without a man dying of a heart attack right in front of our eyes... (true story), but Janae did it! Congratulations sweetie, we're proud of you!!

Next week we will be going private (I feel like a store counting down for a big sale or something...) but last weekend was my little brother's wedding. It was so amazing and Lindsey, his new wife, is the perfect addition to the big crazy family! Here are some pics:
